MIOExit ("we", "us", "our") provides Membership.io content extraction and migration services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not add you to marketing email lists.

4. Third Parties

We use the following services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing (they receive your payment info, we never see your card number)
• Slack — internal notification when a lead form is submitted (name, email, video count only)
• Railway — hosting our backend application
• GitHub Pages / Cloudflare — hosting this website

We do not share your member data or Membership.io content with any third party.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Membership.io credentials shared with us are handled through either team member invites (no password shared) or self-destructing one-time links. We do not store your Membership.io password.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to update inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Portability: Request your data in a standard format.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or third-party ad trackers.

8. Children

This service is for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
